‘Me and my toy’ phase
During this phase we focus on the child’s coordination and thus technique. We have a ball per child during the session and from there get as creative as possible focusing on learning coordination whilst having fun.

Team aspects during this phase are not trained by sharing toys/balls, but by playing the same games together while each one having their own toy/ball.Â

4-6 yearsTransition phase from ‘me and my toy’ to playing together or against an opponent.

During this phase we focus on training coordination and technique while having fun.
Â
Teamplay gets introduced during this phase, though more emphasis is put on each player still playing with their own ball, but facing an opponent in some activities.Â

6-10 yearsTeam play introduction phase.
Â
During this phase players continue to develop technique while also staying to learn how to play as a team or in a team against another team.Â

We also focus on leadership and sportsmanship skills starting to be developed.

Physical conditioning is done through ball play allowing players to develop strength, speed, balance and agility while playing with the ball and having fun.Â

10-13 yearsÂ
Early tactical development phase.Â

During this phase players continue to develop technique while tactical and decision making becomes a key focus point. Character development always remain at the core as well in order to develop sportsmanship and leadership skills.Â

Physical development remains similar to the previous phase, just increasing the intensity of it while playing with the ball and having fun.Â

13-16 yearsTransition phase

During this phase players start preparing for senior football and tactical play will start becoming one of the key focuses.Â
Technique still remains very important, but the emphasis is on how, when, where and what to use to benefit the team.

More game exposure become important at this phase to ensure players get enough opportunities to display and apply their expertise whilst under pressure.

Character and mental development are crucial during this phase as they get prepared for the exit phase.Â

Advanced technical and tactical development is the focus while still emphasizing character development preparing players for senior football.

We view this as our final development phase and want all players to get exposure to the next phase, senior/professional football in order to give them the best opportunity to reach their full potential.
